Eco Print Dress

The Eco Print Gown is an experimental piece exploring the art of sustainable fashion. The Fabric is 100% Hemp Muslin. Through traditional harvesting practices in private Indian Territory, we gathered Oklahoma Wild Flowers. We gather Basketflowers, Thistle, Indian Blankets, and Echinacea. We also gathered Hibiscus flowers to add contrast in the print, which ultimately resulted in a muted floral print on a pale yellow background. The dress is constructed in a contemporary Prairie Nightgown pattern that would usually be paired with a belt or apron Traditionally. Along the trim we embroidered Chahta Diamonds for a hidden flair. I wanted the piece to breathe freely and flow.

(Not Included) Paired with this gown is a 100% raccoon pelt clutch purse, and simply strung freshwater pearls with a conch accents matching earrings. Yakoke to Jordan for bringing this look to life!
