Collection featuring contemporary Chickasaw/Choctaw patterns and designs by Oh Kiyo. The featured Mississippian Era Motifs including the Hawkmoth, representing positive renewal and transformation. Masali is Chickasaw for “healing” or “beginning to heal”. Other pieces included are the Panther Collections pieces which feature the Koi Ishto (Panther) Motif as well as Choctaw Diamonds. Choctaw Diamonds patterns featured on clothing are to pay homage to the Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, which is a highly respected and regarded animal; as well as the Sinti Spirit.
